• If notice is not given within the 24-hour timeframe, you will AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED the ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE SESSION or A SESSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE or YOUR SUBSCRIPTION APPOINTMENT FOR THE MONTH IS DEDUCTED and cannot be rescheduled. The payment is non-transferable and cannot be used for rescheduling. The payment will also include a service fee for using credit.

• If notice IS given properly per the policy, any deposit previously made, including subscriptions, can be transferred to a new date.
