Cancellation Policy

• A MINIMUM of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice should be provided via text or call (702)985-4597.

​       NO EXCEPTIONS. ​​

• Appointments cancelled with less than the 24-hour notice will AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED the ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE SESSION or A SESSION WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE. The payment is non-transferable and cannot be used for rescheduling. The payment will also include a service fee (2.6%) for using credit processing.

• Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practitioner (DH Therapy, LLC, Dana Husted)

• By Booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.​

​

• If notice IS given properly per the policy, any deposit previously made, including package sessions, can be transferred to a new date.
