Pets are absolutely welcome! It's completely up to you how you'd like to manage them during your session. I’m happy to have them around as long as they don’t disrupt the flow of the appointment too much—we want you to enjoy your massage without any distractions.
  • Why do you need a credit card on file?
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment in accordance with the cancellation policy, but it will not be charged unless a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Payment is only collected after your massage is complete.
  • How should I prepare for my in-home massage?
    1. Make sure to have the initial intake form filled out. 2. Make space for a standard massage table. 3. Ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for the session. 4. Have any specific music or ambiance preferences ready.
  • What should I wear (or not wear) during the session?
It depends on the type of massage you’re receiving. - For sports or medical massage, wearing workout clothes like a sports bra and shorts is ideal, especially if movement or assessment is part of the session. - For therapeutic or Swedish massage, you’re welcome to undress to your comfort level—most clients choose to be unclothed or in undergarments under the sheet, but you will always be properly draped with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort and modesty is the priority.
  • Will I be sore after a deep tissue or sports massage?
Yes, it’s common to feel some soreness after a deep tissue or sports massage—similar to how you might feel after a tough workout. This is a natural part of the healing and recovery process. To support your recovery, I recommend continuing with mobility exercises, staying hydrated, and using tools like a sauna, cold plunge, or red light therapy to reduce inflammation and help your body bounce back faster.
