Working alongside respected fitness and medical professionals, I have advanced my career to include manual therapy and evidence-based training, biomechanics, and breath work.

My extensive qualifications include specialized training in areas such as Neuromuscular Therapy for TMJ, Lymphatic Drainage Fundamentals, Postural Respiration Course, and more. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, regularly expanding my knowledge to provide you with the most effective techniques and approaches.
